The optical laser distance sensor XUK8TAE1MM12 from Telemecanique works according to the principle of Time of Flight ToF. These sensors have been developed for tasks in the field of measurement and control of objects with different surfaces over long distances. They offer reliable and accurate distance measurement, even to objects with inclined, transparent, reflective or luminous surfaces.

The visible laser (class 1) simplifies alignment and supports operator safety. Thanks to the compact dimensions (50 x 50 x 23 mm), the XUK8T sensors are versatile. They can easily detect a wide range of materials such as metal, plastic, rubber, wood or turbid liquids.
