With the Modicon modular safety controller XPSMCMCO0000EM, safety applications can be easily configured and the system can be flexibly expanded with modules according to the application. This expansion module enables fieldbus communication with connection to Modbus TCP. The fieldbus connection is made via 1x RJ45. Transmission of status data of the inputs and outputs as well as diagnostic data between the safety controller and the connected control system. The backplane bus connector required for connection to the internal bus is included in the packaging. The module has removable screw terminals. This fieldbus module can be used with all CPU versions.
