With the Modicon modular safety controller XPSMCMER0002, safety applications can be easily configured and the system can be flexibly expanded with modules according to the application. This expansion module provides 1 safe relay group output. The relay group consists of 2 relay NO contacts and 1 relay NC contact. The module serves as a relay extension and is controlled in a safety-oriented manner by 2 OSSD outputs. A feedback circuit (EDM) is available. No backplane bus connector is included with this module as it is not required. The module has removable screw terminals. This expansion module can be used with all CPU versions.
