Ordering process and account
How to order with us
1. Add one or more items to the shopping cart.
2. Go to the checkout for the order overview.
3. Log in now, register as a new customer or order as a guest.
4. Now complete your order by using the order form and accepting our terms and conditions.
5. After submitting the order you will receive an order confirmation by email with an overview of the ordered items.
6. If all information verified, you will receive to an official order confirmation email from us.

Your customer account
By creating an account, you can simplify your next orders. You define the default settings for shipping there and create different delivery addresses if necessary.
Business customer
Of course you can also send us your orders from your system directly to info(ät)digiparts.ch
Payment methods
Invoice 14 days
As a Swiss customer you receive the ordered goods against an invoice. This is payable 14 days after date of invoice. We reserve the right to change the terms of payment, where appropriate, on payment in advance.
Prepayment
As not Swiss customer, you will receive the ordered items against prepayment. The bank information is clearly shown on the order confirmation. Note that the charges for the transactions must be taken into account. The further processing of the process is only made after receipt of the full amount.
Delivery times
Delivery times are given as average delivery time in working days (working day = Monday to Friday). For orders after 15.00 the next working day is considered as the first counter. After the order confirmation you will receive a date confirmation on which the definite delivery date is communicated. Any partial delivery options are also noted on this. Partial deliveries are only carried out at your request and can be triggered at any time. Additional shipping costs will be charged.
If the material is immediately available from stock and you have selected "as soon as possible" as delivery time, you will not receive a date confirmation after the order confirmation, but directly the shipping confirmation sent by email.
On the shipping confirmation you will find the tracking number and the tracking link to your shipment.
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, there may be deviations in the stated delivery times!

The warranty period is 12 months after receipt.

Return of articles
Decision after individual examination
There is no general right of return on the items you have ordered. Should you return materials, please contact us first. Tell us the facts of the case. After internal testing, we will decide whether a withdrawal of article is possible.
When is a withdrawal possible
- Material defect (warranty)
- Material is not the goods ordered (wrong delivery)
When is a withdrawal not possible
- Accidentally wrongly ordered material
- Improper use or intended use
- Disuse of the ordered goods
Returns without the consent of DigiParts GmbH are not taken into account.
